Posting this on behalf of my sister after a very disappointing experience with Coral Services this morning at Kingsdale Plaza. My sister was driving with her kids in the car when there was a misunderstanding with one of their company trucks near Shoppers. Instead of handling it professionally, the employee rolled down his window and yelled at her, calling her a “dumbass” while driving a company vehicle. She has the interaction on dash cam.
