NEVER SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE. THEY CHECK YOU INTO FILTHY SMELLY ROOMS. THE ENTIRE HOTEL IS FALLING APART. THE POOL DOORS ARE OFF THE HINGES AND WRAPPED IN CAUTION TAPE. THE DOORS AROUND THE FACILITY ARE FALLING OFF! I DONT KNOW HOW THIS HOTEL IS EVEN RUNNING. THEY ARE STEALING YOUR MONEY AND THEN COMPLETELY NOT HELPFUL WHEN YOU ASK FOR YOUR MONEY BACK! ILL BE CALLING THE COUNTY TO REPORT THIS HOTEL.
Yuk...the worst inn i have ever been in.dont believe the pictures..its nasty as can be. Had an old lady barbecuing on a oven rack in front of my door with some random fire from the bush . Cops knocking on my door one thirty in the morning.Because a next guest had their stuff stolen. Is supposed to be a sofa bed?It was literally springs, wrapped in a blanket. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. Guy at front desk was fine and nice, but the room was ATROCIOUS. Absolutely unacceptable. We ended up checking out 10 minutes after checking in because the room was THAT bad. To start it off, the room was more like an apartment. It had an actual kitchen area with a full sized fridge, an entire oven/stove combo, microwave, sink, cabinets, etc., there was a living room and a separate single bedroom, plus single bathroom, coat closet, mid sized closet, and full size closet all next to each othe... read more
I wish them the best and hope they can turn it around, but our experience was terrible. Weird and run-down vibe as we arrived. Then inside, there was substantial broken glass next to the window. Dirty carpets and smell. Pull-out sofa was in terrible shape. All 4 of us looked at each other like WTH is this; we had to quick search and found the Wyndham on the other side of Alameda, which saved the day. Never had an experience like this in my life.
