I would not recommend staying at this room. We had to go through 3 different rooms just to be “comfortable” as all hotels were booked. We booked this room a week prior. The TVs were not working, sofas were VERY dirty, AC/Heating did not work, plumbing did not work. I tried to get refund and all they provided me was $28 out of $432 spent because they had no notes. I stayed here on Saturday, September 5, 2026, and unfortunately my experience with the front desk staff was very mixed. The woman working at the front desk around 3:00 PM was extremely rude and unprofessional. Check-in was supposed to be at 3:00 PM, but my room was still not ready around 3:30. I asked a few times when the room would be available, which I think is a reasonable question once the stated check-in time has already passed.
