If you want to compensate amenities for atmosphere. This is the place. It's got an apartment style charm with very large size patio if it's facing the Alameda waters. So tranquil. My son enjoyed setting and looking at the water.

I don’t recommend this place. Stains on all the furniture, the kitchenette is sticky, dust on the coffee maker, an odd smell coming from the carpet, and I can’t connect to the WiFi when I leave the lobby

The rooms are old and smell old... the whole building is falling apart... we went there Halloween weekend and had to change rooms 3 times... Our room wasn't even ready when we arrived... First time was because the air conditioner was out of order.... 2nd time was because the door key wasn't working and they couldn't get it working, 3rd time was because the stove wasn't working... I was so disappointed... we paid good money for a suite that really was not a suite... and the manager was not friendly and the lady that worked th... read more

I stayed here for the first time like 7 years ago and it was in much better shape then. Unfortunately it is very run down and no work is being put into the upkeep of the property. The furniture needs to be replaced. All the furniture was stained and torn. Our room had a strong odor of filth. Will unfortunately not be staying here again which is sad since the location is perfect.
