I have been living here since 2006 and I love it here. The Management is great. Isaac came in about 3 years ago and he is very friendly to all of his tenants and his aim is to please us all. I have to give it to the maintenance they stay on top of things. And the new assistant Manager Marisol is a great asset to this property. The property is very quiet and at time I think there is no one here but a few residents it is not noisy and u dont see drunks and loud parties here. I Lived at th�se apartment an i loved the apartment i did not like bunny she does not like � black Guy an � white female that are together. She would crap about fights loaded people but when her son would do excatly that she would not do � thing about it. She is last an when she kicked me out she trying to say i owe her almost 600 in back rent. Also i just had � new born when she kicked me out. An there is so much drama out there i would not want any1 to move there if you want � quiet drug free home

These are the worst apartments to ever live at. The maintenance men steal out your home. The cable barely work. When something is wrong with the apartment it take the maintenance men along time to figure out the problem. I want to live in the slum move out here. If u want to live better find somewhere else.

coweta apartments will not deal with noise complaints and will not repair your issues for weeks. the police are there all the time because of all the stereo blasters and fights and so on. our neighbors stomped on the floor in the middle of the night and the apts. said the floors were thin so sorry. they not only took my deposit, but charged jme extra and caused me bad credit so i couldnt move into another apartment. these apartments are piss poor and mostly lowlifes drinking and smoking meth and blasting their stereos. the o... read more
I have been here a few months. It is quiet and clean and maintenance is good. I would recommend it
your daughter shouldnt waste her time the brookhaven apartments are skanky
