I called for information as there was not any info on yahoo at the moment. This is a Section 8 low-income housing complex. I found that out and that there is a waiting list, but I imagine it is a mile long. The lady who answered the phone was a bit nicer after realizing I wasn t interested in a Section 8 .

I have had no problem with Brookhaven what so ever. Bunny has been wonderful helping me with the application process. If i have a question she answers me with a timely correct answer. The most important thing they need you to do is be honest on all paper work, ans follow the rules. Its that simple. Brookhaven now has new owners and is cleaned up alot. This is all Bull Shoot dont rent here!!!!

Been living here for 7 months and its awful. My boyfriend and I moved in because it seemed nice enough, but soon it became obvious it wasnt. Our kitchen faucet has been leaking for 4 months now and never fixed. The bathtub peels where they painted over it, the sink in the bathroom is too short and water spill all over the place because of it. This place is everything but quiet.
