RecommendedI just called for an appointment...and was expecting to be put off for a few days...but to my surprise my appointment is today! Thats amazing! The receptionist was so sweet and made me feel immediately that I made the right choice!
I have been searching for a vet to take my babies to and am so grateful to have found y’all. From the convenience of scheduling to the care the staff shows my dogs as well as humoring my craziness over them is why this is my new place to go and recommend to others! Dr. Drogan was so patient with me while I was figuring out sensitive stuff with my Sadie and the vet tech Sam, she is the best there is! Thank you to all of you:)))
Horrible experience with receptionist! We are changing veterinarians after 4 years and 3 dogs because of the way I was treated by the receptionist. Customer service is extremely important in any industry but especially when you’re dealing with a very sick pet and it’s owner. It’s really unfortunate because the rest of the staff is great.
My Shih Tzu had ,what turned out to be, an allergy attack. I called Coral Breeze and they took him right in. Dawn is very calming and Dr.Carmona gave Mikey a full once over and antihistamines . I left feeling better and so did Mikey. Mikey is a rescue and was a patient of a well known establishment until that day when he became ill and they refused to see him. Thankful for Dr. Carmona. Mikey is now a full time patient of Coral Breeze.
We've seen all the vets at Coral Breeze and couldn't complain about any of them or their staff. My 11 year old Maltese passed away this past Sunday from CHF (congested heart failure). He was diagnosed in February. They gave me more time with him thanks to his meds. Thank you Coral Breeze for all that you have done for our Louie Vuitton much appreciative.
Coral Breeze Animal Hospital staff and vet made it very comfortable for my little baby (16 years old) when it was time for him to go. They made a little clay paw print with his name on it for a keepsake!
First time taking my kittah to Coral Breeze, and they were awesome! Great customer service by the office staff and the vet tech/assistant, and Dr. Carmona has a great bedside (pawside?) manner with pets. I don't get the folks complaining about the cost -- I agree that vet fees certainly aren't cheap, but Coral Breeze is comparable to places like Banfield, and I don't mind paying an extra $10-15 to take my furry family member to a private, stand-alone animal hospital. Will be going back and referring.
We've been taking our furniture kids here for years and have always had the best care. The doctors and staff are awesome.
