5 no call no shows, no apology nor explanation. Says yes to everything whether capable or not. Repaired fountain, clipped main electric cord and spliced in new pump, it's now tripping the breaker, and he broke the seal at bottom of fountain and the water leaks completely out. I asked him not to use DG between flagstone three times, he said he used DG with a glue mixed in, the DG is washing away now, needs to be redone.
