Former tenant here. I loved living at Cora but my positive perception has been completely erased by the terrible post-move out experience. My roommate and I moved out and settled all our final bills through the tenant portal. There was supposedly an additional cleaning bill, that we didn’t know about, that Cora/Thrive decided to send to a collections agency without attempting to contact us first. Toured the building the other day with David. He was nothing but professional and the units were all very nice. I didn’t find quite the right fit, but David mentioned that they have another building that might have more of what I’m looking for. Was thoroughly impressed and look forward to my tour of the other building next week!
Absolute joke of a facility. Scheduled a tour, got no showed when we arrived. Every phone number they have posted in the building disconnects when you call - can’t get through to anyone. Didn’t hear until later that night with a half-assed apology asking if we want to reschedule. We did. However, we once again got no showed and have gotten no contact from anyone since. Don’t respond asking if we want to reschedule - we don’t. Idc if you’re understaffed - have some respect for peoples time. Common courtesy.
