We love Cora for its location and water views + newish build, but think the management has been inconsistent/lacking, especially since winter 2024. We hope that Cora gets cared for in a way that matches its potential instead of becoming another neglected apartment building. There have been multiple management changes and through them all the hallways, elevators, etc are not routinely cleaned - communication about building maintenance has been spotty and worse in the last couple months - and we assume there’s been a new manag... read more
We scheduled a tour with them a few days in advance, the day of the tour we showed up and they said they don’t have any unit available to show, I don’t know why they couldn’t have just called us so I didn’t have to drive all the way from Sammamish , Unprofessional
The best thing about this place: Angela. We found out at the very last minute that we needed to relocate out of Seattle. Angela was extremely helpful with our move-out and subsequent delivery mishaps that occurred after our move.

I have been living at Cora since June 2023 and I love it here. I just renewed my lease and moved into the apartment of my dreams. The west facing views are awesome, I have a little balcony with room for chairs and a table, and the best part is that I have an amazing leasing agent to thank. If you are looking for a down to earth and resourceful leasing agent to help you on your search for an apartment then come on over! We have a great community too and have a ginger cat named Kiwi for our mayor. haha! I feel so at home here.... read more
