Cold food - potato’s, eggs and sausage all lukewarm warm at best. The toast is soggy and not toasted through. Even when I asked for double toasted. Server, Casey, was very kind and pleasant but when I said my food was cold nothing was done or even offered. Double toasted bread came back out but it really wasn’t any good. It was soggy.
Respond to owner: You absolutely were not letting new customers in the door at 2:45. You may have had customers in but you did not let new ones in. There is no misunderstandings, you closed early and you weren’t supposed to. This place says it closes at 3 pm and should accept customers until that time but I visited this store at 2:45 and the doors were locked. This has happened multiple times.
