Cora manager called me explained their side of the story which I accept. My order had an item missing which I complained to skip and Skip sent me a terrible email stating because they had multiple items missing previously complained about they refused to refund me for this 5$ item. Nonetheless cora has offered me a free meal when I visit their establishment which I thought was very good of them considering they cannot do much about skip and their policies.
