Amazing recovery therapy from knee surgery. Yolanda and her staff are focused and driven to speed up my recovery. I have been to the "insurance approved" big medicine clinics with half the results in twice the time. Feel better faster.
Cor is the best to take a Pilates class in the area! It’s a small studio, so the class sizes are very small. Everyone who works there is so nice and friendly. I highly recommend taking a class with Kelly, she’s so knowledgeable, fun and accommodating! Couldn’t recommend this place more!
I've been going here for Pilates with Kelly for a few months now. I've had the best time learning all about Pilates with her she is so kind, comforting and wonderful. I highly recommend coming here for any physical therapy need and Pilates classes their prices are so good!!
