Instructors are very accommodating if you’re experiencing an injury. All instructors are very knowledgeable, they really create a warm environment. Classes are always challenging and you really work up a sweat, I’ve lost a total of 10 pounds since taking classes and dieting.

Amazing recovery therapy from knee surgery. Yolanda and her staff are focused and driven to speed up my recovery. I have been to the "insurance approved" big medicine clinics with half the results in twice the time. Feel better faster.
