I purchased Salt Spring Island Soapworks cream from Coquitlam Florist and later found out from Soapworks co. that the product had been on their shelf since pre-COVID. We knew this because it was older packaging and did not have the same consistency and had a different odour from product I was hoping to replace. I was also unable to test the product in store. Ordered Valentines flowers online. The arrangement did not match what was shown in the pictures.

We are out of province and ordered sympathy flowers for family. The arrangement was not like the description online. Terribly disappointed with the amount of money spent on them for them to not be as described online. I understand some flowers are out of season, so why post an arrangement for purchase, that can't be fulfilled. The arrangement sent looked like a grocery store bunch just rammed into a vase. It was not pleasing to the eye at all. Would not use again!!
