I went here on Saturday to pick up a Christmas planter for a friend. It was my first time at the shop. Expecting that great service from Google reviews and being it being a floral shop, I asked if they can wrap the planter in cellophane or something so it would be nicely presented. The older gentleman on the counter gave me a snark remark and said that the plants need air to breathe ( felt condescending as he made the comment)- so no wrapping. Catherine and her team did an AMAZING job! Truly knocked it out of the park. I know nothing about floral and she was still able to make our vision a stunning reality!
On my wedding anniversary, I received beautiful flowers but my husband said that it should come with chocolate . I found none. So paying full price means getting everything that came with the flowers.
Not very fresh flowers.
