I reached out to this business over three weeks ago set up an appointment, shortly after reaching out to them I realize that my schedule has changed so I immediately requested to change the appointment they had told me they were waiting to confirm the appointment on the automated system so I just went about my day and kept waiting 2+ weeks go by and yet nothing.
