I was surprised by Coquette Cafe tonight and not 100% in a good way. We went there for a small plate event that was being held in Milwaukee Taste and Toast. The first two appetizers out of this world. The French onion soup home run! The last two appetizers the chicken nachos were only ok. The flatbread pizza was not good we love pears, blue cheese so should have been a home run -- but there was just something off about it. We each just tried one slice.
