I had such a great experience with MPLC and especially with Adam G. the Senior Licensing Representative. He called me right away and we had a really friendly and informative conversation that made everything about licensing clear. The whole process was super easy and resolved within a couple of hours. I even got my license the same day and was able to pay online without any hassle. Adam was awesome to work with and I really appreciate how simple he made the process.

Buyer beware! I sold a business that had one of their licenses years ago. They continued to renew and renew year after year and claim I owe multiple years of annual renewals, and they won't cancel the account to stop it from further renewing unless they get paid!?!? What business in their right mind would continue to renew a subscription after years of not getting paid? Super shady and unethical business tactics.
