The transition we made to CopyPro, Inc has been fantastic. It is such a turn off to call and try to speak to sales only to be told that they have to call you back. You ask for the cell phone for the rep in your area, and are told they don't have direct communication with their reps. Why would you make it difficult to do business with you? If a business wants to use your service, don't make them jump through hoops to even speak to someone that can help them.
