Horrible customer service people were very rude when trying on dresses and forcing dresses into my hand that I didn’t like and were ridiculously over price for the feel of material.
We came to your store yesterday with our daughter to find her a formal dress. There was only one lady on and she did an amazing job with looking after us and helping my daughter try on many gowns. The only reason I could not give you the full five stars is for the lack of suitable packaging for the dress. When you pay $920.
