Absolutely terrible customer service. I purchased a dress and returned it within one hour, only to be told that refunds were not allowed. This "no return/no refund" policy was never clearly communicated to me at the time of purchase, which I find extremely misleading and unfair. I don't normally write reviews but thought I would this time after seeing some of the negative reviews. I have purchased about 4 dresses now from Copycat and have never had a bad experience. I was looking for a new dress today 20/01 for a wedding and after trying on a few at other stores which were pretty disappointing, I went into the Copycat store again and I am so glad I did. Wonderful service great staff and it was lovely to see that all the dresses were in perfect condition. Must be why they’re only let you try dresses on in your size, so they don’t get damaged. I couldn’t have been happier with the range of dresses and the very helpful staff, particularly the lady who helped me. She even offered to take a photo so I could send it to my daughter. I purchased a beautiful dress which I’m looking forward to wearing. Great store with wonderful stock selection.

The owner was very rude, I came in looking for a dress for my date night. He asked me to take off my makeup which I understand but didn't provide any makeup remover or wipes, he then said I was only allowed to try on one dress which is honestly pointless considering it's a dress shop with change rooms. While browsing he kept staring at me and asking me if I was going to buy a dress. I do not recommend this store. I recently went to copycat to find a specific outfit for a special birthday. I was given exceptional customer service by a lovely lady named Lita. She was really helpful, polite, couldn't do enough to make my experience enjoyable. She didn't do the hard sales that you experience in some retail outlets. Instead she helped when I needed it and gave me her opinion when asked. I would highly recommend anyone wanting a formal outfit go see copycat. You won't be disappointed.
