Absolutely terrible customer service. I purchased a dress and returned it within one hour, only to be told that refunds were not allowed. This "no return/no refund" policy was never clearly communicated to me at the time of purchase, which I find extremely misleading and unfair. Instead of offering a refund, I was pressured into exchanging the dress for something else, despite not liking any of the available alternatives. Sales associate was very pushy and got angry at us when we didn’t purchase a $700 dress on the spot.
Dresses were beautiful and the owner and employee gave support where needed. Offering 100% satisfaction in service.
I don't normally write reviews but thought I would this time after seeing some of the negative reviews. I have purchased about 4 dresses now from Copycat and have never had a bad experience. I was looking for a new dress today 20/01 for a wedding and after trying on a few at other stores which were pretty disappointing, I went into the Copycat store again and I am so glad I did. This shop has no access to anyone with a disability/wheelchair only steep stair access. A friend looked for me but came back out insisting we go look elsewhere as the lady working there was extremely unwelcoming/rude.
