Copy X has been a long-time staple of the charleston community. Any business that lasts in this community, which is not hospitable to business, for over 40 years must be doing something right. It is unfortunate that the only people that tend to write online reviews tend to be disgruntled individuals that only tell one side of a story, and often times leave out vital facts and embelish others.
If you are under the impression that Copy-X does professional printing, think again. I placed an order for stationary, envelopes, and business cards and was told they would be ready in a week. After a couple of excuses and a month later, the final product was done. Logo on the stationary had a color bleed. I had to go through 500 business cards and found over 300 of them were improperly printed with some contact information unreadable. Envelopes weren't even done.
