They gave my papers to another customer ! I was in a big hurry so instead of going to Kinkos I dropped off my papers for Copy Cove to copy. When I came back to pick them up I discovered that they had accidentally given them to someone else. I was furious! Fortunately the customer came back when they realized what happened but I could have easily lost something that could not be replaced. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is that they've done good work for me in the past.
Know a good mechanic and know a GOOD PRINTER I've been going to Copy Cove for nearly 30 years! They're a La Jolla Institution...I get all my color copies, invitations or even simple copies done there. The service is great and the prices competitive and they always go out of their way to help! Not to mention that the decades of experience and keeping up with technological advances in the industry is invaluable! I only trust Copy Cove for all my special projects!
Best deal This is the place to get the deal on copies. I made 200 flyers once and it only cost $14.00! The deals are great and the quality is just as good as a chain copy store.
Ask for Sal for your copying needs! This is a great local spot to get your copies and printing done. Sal is wonderful in his turnaround and he is very generous to all the local schools and non-profits and always discounts our work. Parking is easy right in front of the store, and his pricing is very competitive.
Copy Cove has a bad attitude & unmotivated to show customer service skills! I called at 5:45pm knowing full well that I might get turned down since they close at 6pm, but to my surprise Sal said come on in. But, when I got there (10 min. later) he said he forgot about me. So, he found my file online and asked me to come look at it before he prints it. It was totally wrong. So, he said he would try it on his other mac. But when it didn't work he said "the computer just wants to go home." Then he proceded to say he doesn't kno... read more
