Went in there to get a passport picture taken and they didn't tell me I couldn't show my teeth in the picture. I paid over $15 for this service. I had to pay another $15 to get another picture taken somewhere else. When I called back to get e refund they refused because I didn't have my receipt. The problem is, they never gave me a receipt just a little book with 2 pictures for the passport. Basically I'm out money because they have an incompetent staff. Stoked...
