Below average customer service – The fellow behind the counter could barely speak English, and was quite unfriendly and unprofessional. He was more interested in playing with his laptop computer than doing his job. Upon being asked to provide a receipt [ which is something that should always be done at a professional faxing service ], he was very unresponsive and the experience could have been likened to pulling teeth. I would not suggest faxing any type of sensitive or business-critical documents at this location.
