copy cat under new owner – i went back to copy cat for the first time yesterday and what a big surprise it s under a new owner and management! what a great news!! i stopped shipping there because of the agressive and uncontrollable and helpless previous owner.he was almost beating up his customers , full of attitude... the new manager was really helpful and couteous. he took time to seal my package and offer me the different shipping options. will see if they will stay professional on a long term because the first owner soun... read more

Amazing Copy Shop...Best Service I've seen in Los Angeles! – This small family run shop is perfect for Great Customer Service, and even freebies. I've seen the staff 'eat' the charges on mistakes with the copy machine, and help customers bring boxes out from there cars. I've never seen that at Kinko's. My favorite is when people bring there dogs in with them, the staff will give the dogs treats for FREE!!! Terrible customer service, awful staff - avoid at all costs – My husband and I got kicked out of CopyCat copy shop for trying to use the copy machine. unreal! don't go here! We went to make a large amount of copies as we live right down the road and didn't want to drive to (or pay higher prices at) Kinko's in Hollywood. We encourage everyone to try CopyCat for yourself! – The lousy, negative review was made by the owner of Box Brothers! He hates us cause he looses so much business to us! GREAT SERVICE **** BEATS KINKO's 10000times – Here is a great Copy shop, CopyCat! My wife and I use their services all the time and you can email them files, when you get there they are ready for pick up! MUUUUCH cheaper then kinko's and great guys at CopyCat! They will go out of their way to make it right! They got all the packaging, postal and pc supplies you would need! GO COPYCAT, today we became a true believer.
