The doctor and staff are pretty nice, but scheduling is one big horror! I scheduled an annual checkup, got an appointment for 3 months later!!! and then that appt was cancelled 5 days before by the office, and a new appointment was only possible another 3 months out.... Seriously??? Someone else had the exact same experience!!! See review below... this office is a perfect example of y i stopped seeing traditional western practitioners of “medicine” decades ago. they don’t listen because they don’t care. they fail to diagnose and they fail to help. regardless, they expect to b paid. lack of compassion and lack of effectiveness. revolting.

My family and I really like this practice. There is never any issues making an appointment and the doctors truly listen to our concerns. I appreciate that Copps Hill Family Medicine is a little "old school" in the age of these huge medical groups where you feel like a number instead of a patient.
