The spa is amazing! I had family visiting from out of town and we enjoyed an afternoon getting pampered.
Awesome! we absolutely love this hotel as a staycation getaway in the Valley of the Sun!
I was supremely disappointed. All but one item we ordered as an appetizer was not available at 4 pm on a Saturday! Their idea of happy hour is $1 off the price of a drink! To top it all off one of the plates they brought was very dirty. Copperwynd has always been where I bring my guests from out of town over the years. Guess I won't any more. What a shame.
We had a very relaxing stay. The grounds are beautiful, and the spa and the pool are most pleasant. Very stylish, but not pretentious. The staff were attentive and friendly. The lack of room service was a disappointment, and the restaurant fare was not elite. The room was clean and attractive but outdated. The balcony view was nice. There were a few small things, eg, we could not adjust the shower head, and the music in the public space, which we could hear from our balcony, detracted from the serenity of the the desert ambi... read more
From the drive to the front desk.. happy hour to dinner... then the fantastic views from our room.. loved every second!! Impeccable service! Our home away from home!! Thank you
