We received a timely, reasonable quote, using the best parts. Installation was scheduled days later and done professionally. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

James came in after we discovered a ceiling stain from the toilet above. Great communication before he came by and took care of the surroundings. He also took pictures of how things looked after pulling the toilets, which was very helpful, and explained what happened. Would highly recommend.
We had to re-pipe our entire home and were nervous about the demolition, timing, cleanliness, and price of the project. James was communicative, finished on time with a reasonable price, and took extra care to make sure the work he did caused as little destruction as possible. After he finished, he explained through his work and made us feel very comfortable with the improvements, lifespan, and what to expect in the years to come. Really enjoyed working with him and recommend for plumbing needs :)
James and team do amazing work, he has worked on a number of projects at my house including re-plumbing our basement completely. He has always been responsive and works quickly and efficiently with very competitive pricing.
