Allen Abouekde is basically a slum lord. These condos are old and constantly have maintenance issues. All Allen wants to do is argue with you about what caused the issue (everything is the tenant's fault) then he employs some temporary fix instead of actually fixing the root of the problem. He is cheap, rude and in my opinion dishonest.
Not sure about the other review on here but the manager did a great job with the repairs that were needed in my apartment. Very clean and well maintained apartment complex
THE OWNER AT THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM ARTIST. I LIVED IN A DIVE APARTMENT OFF BISSONETT I DID NOT KNOW THE AREA - DEALT WITH RAW SEWAGE COMING UP IN THE BATHTUB HE DID NOTHING WENT TO COURT AND GOT OUT OF THE LEASE AND THIS MAN HAS HAD ON MY CREDIT THAT I OWED HIM OVER 2800 - HE KEPT A 1000 DEPOST AND THE LOSS OF ME HAVING TO MOVE ANOTHER TIME - DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT PROBLEMS HE IS A LOW LIFE LANDLORD
