Great location, good amenities
The leasing staff is great but there maintenance staff is not. The old man who is clearly in charge of it does not know how to talk to people politely. Major prick. I thought this would be a place I could live for a while till I just saw this guys true colors and now hope nothing goes wrong the next year so I don’t have to deal with him. I put in a formal complaint but who knows. If that will even go anywhere.
Office employees aren’t very pleasant. They were great when I was looking into the complex but since I’ve signed the lease I’ve just felt like a rodent in their way if I come into the office. It’s a nice place to live but not the most welcoming community
The price is hundreds of dollars more than the paparrwork I signed and the renter has to pay every single utility, unlike most apartments. The property takes no responsibility for any of their mistakes. The community is loud and the place is dirty (apartment upon move in, pool, etc) parking is a joke and they nickel and dime the hell out of everything one of the worst experiences I have ever had with an apartment and I can’t wait to move!
