Used to be good I went here because my child's ped works there and is great (he now typically works at another location). So I went there, and have nothing but communication issues. They wrote a prescription I've had for years for the wrong strength and I called to get a new one...It took three calls, then they told me I had to come in. I asked to just have the doc call me, but it never happened.

Love this place! I absolutely love this place. I have been taking my kids here for about 6 years. My husband and I also see the doctors here. I love that they are open late and on weekends and a lot of holidays (It seems like thats the only time my kids like to get sick!) Plus I can call and get an appointment for that same day! I took my oldest son there when he was small and having severe ear infections all the time. They referred us to a great ear/nose/throught doctor and now our son hasnt had one ear infection in 3 years... read more

Worthy of a Lawsuit Once I had a throat culture and they called me back to tell me my urine was clear and there was no urinary tract infection.###Another time I had to go in and receive an MRI. The results were given to their office and I called for them and they said that the hospital computers were down and they would call me. Five days later the office had still not called me with the MRI results and when I spoke with the hospital they said their computers had never been down and the doctor had had the results all along. ... read more
