PA walked into the room and gave us a diagnosis the moment he opened the door, which ended up being wrong. We said how can you know you haven't even looked at him. He sat down for a minute and told us we need to go to the ER. We were in and out of the building within 30 minutes total, wait time included. Then got a bill for a 40 minute visit. Love Dr.Andrew's! Not impressed with the staff at all, I’ve dealt with this girl (probably 20 - 25 years old) who works the front desk and answers the phone every time lol. She is very snappy and doesn’t know how to smile or make you feel welcome lol.
