We had an older Hot water heater fail and the timing of these things is never good. A neighbor had passed along he used CopperStone Plumbing and was extremely satisfied. We reached out and the next morning Clint show up do remarkable work. Price was exactly what I was quoted and my observations is they DON'T cut corners. I needed my hot water heater relit. I called a big name company I've been using for 4 years, pay a monthly fee for services and bought a new ac unit from. They told they wouldn't attempt to light it because it was old.(2012) They offered me a new water heater with install up to code for $3,300. (Yeah I know) So 22 days later I was given this company's number from sw gas. Great customer service. Clint was here within a couple hours and it was back on. I wish I could give them 10 stars! When I need someone new for something in my house I go to the internet to start my research. All their 5 star reviews made me decide to call them. The lady that answered the phone was very nice so I decided to schedule CopperStone. I am so pleased. It was a hard job replacing the faucet hose. Clint was so nice(to my dog, too) and the price was great! CopperStone Plumbing is the one I plan to call for all my future plumbing needs.
