The tech told us during his visit and assessment of our issue, there would be no charge because item was still under warranty and he would provide an estimate for a new digital control. As of today, we have been billed x3. I have spoken to office staff x2 and issue has not been resolved. I would not recommend.
They rudely hung up on us simply because we’re not local—absolutely terrible customer service. This level of disrespect speaks volumes about their professionalism. I can only imagine the quality of their work. Avoid this contractor at all costs.
