Didn’t hire them, but had a fiery first impression. One of their drivers was smoking while driving, and after I passed them, they tried tossing their lit cigarette into my open window. We didn’t even exchange words—just sparks, apparently. Based on that experience alone, I’m gonna go ahead and not recommend them.
DO NOT spend your money using this company..It took them 4 times to fix my swamp cooler so it would cool while I sat for 4 days in 90 degree heat in my house. Finally Levi came out on after hour call to adjust the float at 7:10pm. He saved my life I am 79 years old. Jessica (owner) would not send help up to roof in the heat...she told me..Levi came out to ck on me and adjusted the float. Spent years establishing a relationship with these plumbers. We’ve asked them to keep our credit card on file. Apparently for one of their visits, we had a small bill of $109.00. Not sure how they sent us the invoice but I’m guessing paper mail. No phone calls, no emails, no simply charging our card that they’ve used many times before. We learned only after a missed appointment that this bill we didn’t know about went to collections and they “would no longer be doing business” with us. What a strange way to do business. They have an outstanding technician named Justin who was very helpful. They go the extra distance for you as a customer. I appreciated everyone I talked to at Coppersmith Plumbing. I had swamp cooler pads, belt, and motor put in. I would use them for future home needs. Great people who get the work done no excuses.
