One day, the heat did not come on. I tried the troubleshooting steps, circuit breaker, new batteries, I found on the net but to no success. We decided to call Coppersimth because my father in law used them a coupke of times and had nothing but positive things to say about. them. Well, our problem was small and self induced. Furnace stop working.. of course in the middle of a snowy night. Contacted Jessica she told me she would have a tech at my home 8 am. Jeffrey shows.10 mins, fine by me.. Super surprised.. He is professional.. conscientious..polite.. Nice down to earth young man.. He answered all my questions.. explained all he was doing.. cleaned up after himself... While the crew worked on my unit, there was a strong gas odor, which instantly made me nauseated, lightheaded, and dizzy. I immediately told the crew. His response was, "It's just a gas leak, you'll be ok." Well, I'm sorry, "Just a gas leak", is pretty significant, if you ask me. I didn't wait around, I immediately went outside. Justin is amazing he took his time after hours to do a no heat on a furnace. Best ever.
Excellent customer service and support. They did a beautiful job of installing our new boiler in 2024. We recently had an issue with one of the zone valves. Chris reacted immediately to fix the issue. Very professional and they stand behind their work.
