my mouth is always irritated after the numbing shots including an infection in the roof of my mouth from that new machine they had last year, they've knocked out one of my fillings and tried to blame me, they dont do proper cleanings at all, and they're rude. theyll tell you that you're irresponsible if you're late or miss an appointment (regardless of if it's for health issues or not and you're just trying to reschedule), etc. they have A LOT to work on. not a single one that I have met or talked to has good customer servic... read more
The staff was very nice, but the experience was horrible & I was scared to open my mouth. I felt like the whole staff didn’t know what they were doing. I just went in for a cleaning & it was the fastest cleaning I’ve ever had. Not only that but I kept getting sprayed with the water all over my face, they didn’t know when to suction all the water & product in my mouth. Very friendly and professional. The Dr. was extremely thorough in my examination and gave me a plan on the work that needed to be done. Explained everything in detail and was very polite in making sure I fully understood.
Very clean friendly soundings. Staff is super great 👍 and the dentist is very up to date with the latest knowledge and equipment. Highly recommend.
