Copperline saved us when our AC stopped working on one of the hottest days this summer. Kelly was so kind, helpful, and accommodating in getting us scheduled for a same-day appointment, which was a stark contrast to my experience attempting to schedule with another local company (they were extremely rude). After reaching out on a Friday, they had everything installed and running smoothly by the following Wednesday — talk about prompt service!
