We interviewed three builders and ultimately selected Copperline to build our new home; construction started in February 2020 and was completed in May 2021. They participated in the (lengthy) design process, offering ideas to keep the project within budget. Copperline Homes made our dream home a reality with exceptional quality and professionalism. With building contractors being a dime a dozen in Bend it's hard to find an exceptional contractor that has integrity and who you can trust, especially with fine craftmanship. We faced many challenges over the course of our project as we were building during the COVID pandemic. We could not be more pleased with the experience of working with Copperline Homes. We purchased a 15 year old home from an older couple that needed a lot of updating. We would offer the *highest* recommendation possible for the Copperline Homes team. This space is not large enough to go into all of the details. We took on a massive restoration of a home that is on the National Registry of Landmarks, so this project needed not only a great general contractor, but a high level of artistry and process savvy, as we needed to navigate many additional levels of agency/commission approvals.
