Copperline Homes remodeled our existing kitchen, added a dining room extension that leads to the outdoor dining area and upgraded our living room. Josh and Mark are wonderful to work with. Specifically, they are incredibly responsive and also have a very experienced eye when it comes to design (eg that drawer pull, that sconce, tile--when you're not quite sure). We purchased a house in North Rim built by “Copperline”, owned by Mark and Josh Wilhit. Our home is in Copperline Homes, Inc’s. webpage “Gallery” of homes built, and known as “The Hill”, just deleted 11/13/14. Not long after our purchase, our roof deck massively leaked into living space below. Through a third party we were informed that he leak was present during construction, and after completion. We used Copperline Homes for an extensive remodel of our home, including a total re-do of the kitchen and several other elements of the main floor (living, dining and loft). They are very complete, with good communication and clear information about what is happening, schedules, costs, etc. Most important, the quality of workmanship was excellent and the finished product is amazing.

I have been doing business with Copperline Homes for the past six years and will continue to use them in the future. We have done many projects together from a spec home, commercial buildings and a triplex. These projects and all been in Bend Oregon. They have been a pleasure to work with. Copperline Homes was great to work with. The two owners were very friendly and had great attention to detail. They were willing to work within our budget and let us do the parts of the remodel that we wanted to do. The job started as a removal of a large load bearing wall, which was done well and on schedule. When we decided we needed help with other aspects of the remodel, Copperline was more than happy to help. Josh and Mark are excellent at what they do. In the absence of an official designer or architect on our remodel, we needed significant help both in terms of architectual details as well as design sense with color schemes, tile, paint, lighting, hardware, appliances, etc. In sourcing both relatively standard materials and for custom elements such as the barn doors we had made, they were very plugged in to where/who to go with and I definitely felt comfortable that we were not overpaying for things.
