2nd auger of my Toro snow blower wasn't working. They fixed it in a little over a week during the busiest time of year. Turns out a couple of pins broke and was an easy fix so they refused to charge me. I even tried to pay Zack when I picked it up and he still refused to take any money from me. This sort of honesty builds the trust that keeps a customer for life. I'm glad I found this place.
