Tri-State Restaurant Club Just had the most delicious meal @ Copperhill in Williston Park! Started out with fresh warm bread and soft butter. Menu is seasonal with snacks, small plate and large plate. We started with snack of short rib poutine-amazing, then heirloom tomatoes the burrata and basil- so yummy, followed by large plates of local sea bass and Hudson valley duck breast- absolutely amazing. The menu was less then exciting and the presentation was far to plain. The decor is " cute " they tries for farm house and it looks like they missed the mark. I wish them luck
