Went to Copper Rill for a romantic dinner on Valentine’s. Was not disappointed. They have a very creative menu. Loved the blue nose bass and the pear and cashew salad. Very extensive wine list. Will definitely return.
I emailed the restaurant to make reservations for two. The owner replied " we're booked tonight" and made zero attempt to make accommodations. I cannot imagine that a restaurant is unable to accommodate a table for two....very disappointing. They also blew our Christmas party due to poor service.
Excellent experience this evening. The French Onion soup was on point, great salt balance and not too sweet. The Chicken Wellington was a new concept to me and I savored every bite; I paired it with a semi-dry Riesling, very nice. The service was outstanding as I felt taken care of by the entire staff and owner. Highly recommended gem in Idaho Falls!
Wow what a fantastic dining and service! Our server Kate was exceptional. Literally made my day at hello ! the owner took her time to introduce herself and chat with us making sure we are satisfied. Food, presentation and pricing on point. Highly recommend it.
One of our favorite places to go for a nice dinner in Idaho Falls. Quiet restaurant with plenty of space between you and other guests. The service is always fantastic, never rushed or hurried. Be prepared to take time enjoying your meal. We’ve never left unhappy!!
