Last year, in 2024 we had a roof leak and we were calling around to find a team to come out and fix our issue. I had an appointment window with Copper Ridge and they missed the window. I was left frustrated at this point because this was the 4th attempt with a Tucson-area roofer to come over and we were 0-4. So easy to work with. They gave a competitive quote, gave a timeline for when the job would start and end, crew came in like clockwork and did their job extremely well, and at the end of it all everything was done as expected; no surprise fees, no irregularities, no problems. So refreshing to be able to work with a company and to know that you're going to get whatever they quote you. Mike and his staff are on point. Great prices, and did a complete re-roof on schedule. Clean, courteous and works in a timely manner. Highly recommended.
I tried working with two other roofing companies before giving up and reaching out to Mike, he was out there quoting the job within 24 hours and had a crew out there putting on a new roof eight days later. Fantastic work which included rebuilding some eaves that were destroyed after a tree fell on the house as well as replacing a 22 year old roof. Couldn’t be happier with the results. Great team.
