I would not recommend Copper Ridge to anyone. Quality care is not what my mom received. It took several days for the nurses to give my mom's medicine on a regular schedule. We told them multiple times that she needed soft food for her diet and many of the meals they brought, she could not eat. The staff did not communicate with us how to move forward once my mom should be released. We are very disappointed in her care.
My Grandma is new to facility. We moved her here to be closer to family and when checking out the facility it had so much more to offer than her previous care center. The facility is clean, large rooms with no more than 2 in a room. Large dining room with outdoor patio, Beautiful outdoor space for residents with option to be part of a gardening club, lots of windows providing light, on site salon and more. This is an awful place to work. Natalie, Kay, and Wendy claim to follow corporate values including "love one another" and "customer second" but attack every personnel issue without asking what is going on with the employee, and force employees to find coverage for their shifts when the employee has children in the emergency room. Copper Ridge staff do their very best to make each experience unique & special. They are especially in touch with the needs of their patient's.
I love working with the residents at Copper Ridge! They bring smiles to my face every day!
