This group has been so good for me and my family both during and after all the things we have had to go through. As a group, they matched up each of us to a phenomenal therapist that has helped each of us learn so much about ourselves and how to be our best selves living our best lives. I was seeing Angela Hall for a year. I thought things were going well until my last appointment when out of the blue, in the last five minutes, she announced it was our last session. No conversation about it or explanation. As someone with trust issues I found this very unprofessional and confusing. I still need counseling but am not wanting to try and build another relationship with a therapist. I asked for the owner to call me to discuss but have been ignored. Very upsetting.

My husband and I attended a session with my daughter and her husband as there have been some very rough situations going on between the four of us. We met with Ammon and it was an awful session. I have been seeing Psychologists for years and I would not recommend Ammon to anyone. Not a single issue was helped. He told us we couldn't talk about the past and only talk about how we were feeling that day. What kind of therapist tells you to not talk about the past! I have loved my experience here at Copper Ridge. I have been working with Angela to manage my anxiety and work through trauma and she’s such a sweet person. She has so much empathy, grace and patience and has helped me in my journey to bettering myself. If you or anyone you know needs therapy definitely come here. You won’t regret it!
