I wouldn't trust Smokey with anyone else. Dr. Vaughn and the dedicated, loving staff at Copper Ridge have treated us like family from day one. It's Smokey's 'home away from home' and we are so very grateful! Thank you for the wholistic, excellent care of our little boy!
Buddy and I want to thank Dr. Vaughn and her wonderful staff their professional, yet caring support of us in the last month. We have had many questions and unfortunately, our story has a not so happy ending, but I know BUDDY (as well as myself) felt as if Dr. Vaughn was a family and to help him to the very end. They have also let me cry and talk since my Buddys passing to reassure me. Thank you. Dr. Vaughn...I can only say-if you want a vet and staff that has your pet in their heart-Copper Ridge is the place to go.
We brought our dog to copper ridge because she had been sick for a few days. Dr. Vaughn did a quick check and said she needed antibiotics and said she would call and check on her the next day. We were never called and within one and a half days our precious Pomeranian was dead. This dog was less than a year old and was very expensive and a family pet. We received a card. dr. Vaughn took no responsibility for this . Please do not take your pets to copper ridge animal hospital .
What a caring staff. Thank you so much for taking such great care of my Katie girl right up until the very end. I would recommend anyone to Dr Vaughan and her staff.
Beause of Dr. Vaughn and the staff at CRAH, our dog Brutus had at least six more quality months of life than we thought possible. When it was time to say goodbye two weeks ago, they were kind and compassionate in so many ways we never expected. We greatly appreciate the way they took care of him (and us) right up to the end.
