Had a great experience! My dog Rocky was not acting normal and seemed to be in pain. We could not figure out what was wrong with him. He seemed very sad and quiet. We were worried so we brought him here. It was our first time ever bringing our dog there and we had a amazing experience. Our dog is doing so much better now! He is running around and smiling again! Thanks for the help!!
For ANYONE thinking of taking your pet here DONT!! The do called "vet" examined my dog who had gotten sick the day before and said she had heart failure, a heart mumur, liquid on her lungs. So she gave her a shot that made her throw up. 6 hours after taking my dog to the vet, she was dead. The vet didnt do any xrays or anything. Didnt say your dog should be put down because she is in bad shape. Not a damn thing. The vet acted like it was a chore checking out my dog. Our dog was a family member. Hands down the best veterinary clinic I have ever found. Clean, friendly, big rooms, and great customer service. I have lived all over the country and trustworthy veterinarians are SO hard to find! I have had so many disappointing and nerve racking experiences with vets who have no idea what to do except run test afted test after test and never male a diagnosis. The Dr. Vaughn and techs at Copper Ridge have been so wonderful with all of my dogs and cats, always thorough and never over charge. They never do tests that aren't ... read more
I use to enjoy coming here because of Dr Vaughn’s staff. They use to be so friendly. There are new people at the front desk now that need a lesson in customer service. I won’t be back!
