So thankful that Will could come out & help with a busted pipe & what ended up being rotted washer hoses that flooded my 1st floor 🙄 Not something you want to come home to at 2am after a week long business trip. My usual plumber was swamped so I decided to try these guys. So glad I did!!! Will is super personable as well as professional, knowledgeable, & EXTREMELY affordable. If I could give him 10 stars I would.

After a nightmare with our warranty company, one call to Copper Pipe Plumbing and explaining our situation with no hot water for an extended amount of time, he was able to move things around to come out the same day and install a new water heater for us. Very kind, professional, and we have hot water again! We’ll be calling him for all our future plumbing needs. Thank you!
I called them Wednesday about the sump pump in my crawl space not working right. They were able to come this morning to replace it. They are knowledgeable and pricing was good. The work was done quickly. Would use them again.
Awesome customer service! Came early then estimated for an emergency service call. Knew exactly what was wrong before he got here and had it repaired that evening. The invoice was the most shocking part! Can't not even imagine what our old plumber would have charged! Reasonable, fair, knowledgeable, friendly! What else can I say! Our new plumber for sure!

Had to call them tonight after finding a slow running faucet out back. Not exactly what I wanted to find after being gone for two weeks. They came out after hours and installed a shut off valve to stop the running water until I can have the faucet replaced. They were prompt, courteous, reasonably priced, and I'm so thankful they were available. Definitely recommend!
Great service... William and the CPPS Inc. will be the only place I use from here on.
