The Copper Mill opened in 1986 and has been a favorite in Cache Valley ever since. Serving high quality steak, seafood, and a variety of other classics, there is something for everyone here. The Copper Mill also offers desserts and a fresh salad bar. The restaurant can accommodate any party or event with banquet rooms that can hold up to 400. Off-site catering is also available for any occasion.

It doesn't get better This is hands down my favorite place to eat. I visit Utah maybe once a year but I make sure to stop and eat here. I always go on Saturdays because they have a ham and potato soup that is wonderful! They start your meal off with warm rolls and delicious jam. If you don't care for soup, they offer a small but adequate salad bar. They don't have the cheapest prices but they are reasonable for what they offer and they do offer lunch prices during certain hours. I highly recommend the country fried steak.
Wedding luncheon My family reserved the room above the restaurant for a family lunch after my sister's wedding. they had lots of room and the food was delicious. For it being buffet style it was one of the best I have had in a long time. the hot food was hot and not crusty and the cold food was nice and crisp. they did a great job.
nothing special The copper mill is "hit or miss" for me. Most of the time, it doesn't impress me that much. The food is pretty standard American and reminds me of any of the thousands small town cafes across the country. Their catering is mediocre. People who have been in Logan for hundreds of years will swear by it, but I believe that their affinity is mostly tied to childhood memories rather than the quality of the food.

My Favorite Restaurant in Logan I love the food at Coppermill restaurant. Whenever I have a special occassion coming up I plan on going to Coppermill. Its a little pricey so I can't go a lot but the food is so good that when I do go I always leave full and satisified. My favorite entree of theirs is the Chicken Cordon Bleu, and it is so huge and delicious.
