My dining area needed to be wiped clean. My water glass had dried food stuck to it. The wait staff should clear your plate soon when you place your cutlery at 5 o'clock. The Ceasar salad was fantastic; the other food was good, but not memorable. Overall the host, waiters and even open kitchen staff need to be more friendly, outgoing and welcoming to move Copper Kitchen up a notch.
Love, love, loved this place!!!! one of the best bloody Mary's i have ever had. the shrimp and grit were outstanding and the beet salt was scrumptious. our server Sam was super attentive, friendly knowledgeable and made great recommendations, i couldn't have asked for a better place to have our monthly brunch. We will be back soon.
Unfortunately service was mediocre at best . One of our party had to wait for their drink twice because it was forgotten. Parts of my dish were barely warm... service was slow on an evening that they were not at all busy. Had high expectations that were not even close to being met. There are better options nearby.
Food was delicious. Service was great. I would not recommend for a romantic date or anything of special intent. The sitting inside is somewhat cafeteria style like Zupas or Cafe Rio. The outside seating is better, but on a hot day, you swelter.. A 3 is all I can give it. Not really sure what my expectation was, but the place is in Holladay.
Consistently great experiences. Brunch menu is a lot of fun. Fantastic service.
