Josh and Audrey, were our guardian angels. My dad decided to move into assisted living very suddenly. He moved on May 25th, Josh and Audrey, who were my dad's back yard neighbors, came over the next day and said they would like buy the house. Dad was very happy to have them buy it, and he was looking forward to seeing the house when they finished it, but as fate would have it my dad passed away on June 23rd.
