I have been working as a contractor at this site for about a year, and over the course of my time here I have seen many interactions between the staff and the youth. From the receptionist to the staff and the teachers to the back office, there has always been a sense of genuine concern for the welfare of the youth here. Even when the youth have lost control of their emotions, the staff are always able to deescalate the situation in a calm and respectful manner.
