DO NOT RENT HERE — THIS PLACE IS INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES. I lived here for five years, and when I first moved in it was a clean, friendly place to live. Unfortunately, everything went downhill after the complex was bought by new ownership. The new owner, Carlos, repainted the property, slapped the word “luxury” on it, and nearly doubled the rent. This place is an amazing place to live, it's very quiet, no theifs, no drama. I would highly recommend any one who wants a great place to live to move here.
When I first moved in May. Veronica helped me through the whole process step by step. However, it was told after that there was a parking fee I was not aware of and why do I have to pay for parking at my own apt!? Also, the pet rent is so high compared to other complex when you know your pet is not doing anything wrong. To me, that is too high and it is a savings account for pets. Since I have moved here it has been nothing short of amazing. I feel super safe, there are no loud people, I can sleep with ease knowing I’m in safe place. They are very prompt in the office and Veronica is super nice. I would recommend that anyone who wants a safe place to live surrounded by families that they move to the Copper Hill apartments!
I absolutely love living at Copper Hills. Great management, friendly and considerate neighbors. Perfect quiet location in an ever growing community.
