start with, the manager, Elisa, is an excellent person—very attentive and helpful; in short, a sweetheart. The property is very clean, and they are constantly maintaining it to keep it in excellent condition. In short, Copper Hills is a very good place to live.

Copper Hills is my favorite apartment complex I've ever lived in. The community is maintained very well, the tenants are polite and quiet, and the apartments are a steal for the size and location. Elisa was a fantastic property manager - always going the extra mile to make sure your maintenance work orders were fulfilled timely and to your satisfaction. If you're looking in the Vista area this should be at the top of your list!
