The staff and service they provide are second to none and Alex the restaurant manager not only remembered us but he came by our table twice to chat with us. Copper Creek is fancy but never pretentious. I definitely recommend it if you’re in Abilene.
Adding a rave review from our third visit...Copper Creek went above and beyond this time even making a special dish at our request for our anniversary dinner tonight! Spoke with Allen the GM and they happily satisfied our request! And WOW my Shrimp Dijon was Incredible! Excellent food and great staff
Greatest steak that me or my fiancé have had in our entire life. We got the crab cake appetizer and split the Wagyu Ribeye. Everything was perfect and our server, Lexi, went out of her way to give us the ultimate dining experience. We’re new to town and she gave us tips and recommendations on what else Abilene has to offer. She even talked us into taking home a desert although we were STUFFED! 😂 We will definitely be finding room in our budget to make this a regular date night spot! 12 out of 10! 😊

Cedar Plank Salmon & Wagyu Strip
The food was awesome and our waiter, Robert, was great. The crab cakes and coconut shrimp appetizers were amazing! Can’t wait to go back again!
